As part of ADA Library’s Digital Repository, powered by DSpace, our Digitization and Archiving Services are dedicated to preserving institutional knowledge and increasing the visibility of scholarly and cultural resources. What We Offer
Digitization of Physical Collections
We convert physical materials—such as theses, university publications, journals, books, conference proceedings, photos, and archival documents—into high-quality digital formats. Our workflows follow established standards for resolution, file formats, and preservation metadata to ensure authenticity and durability.
Digital Preservation and Access
We ensure long-term access to digital resources by implementing digital preservation strategies aligned with best practices, including format migration, fixity checks, and secure backup. DSpace’s preservation layer supports sustainability over time.
