Study Room Reservations

Room Reservation guidelines

Students can reserve group study rooms in ADA Library building according to the below-mentioned guidelines:

Small group study rooms – L201, L203 (2nd floor), L301, L303 (3rd floor) can be reserved by groups consisting of 2-6 students for a maximum of 90 minutes' period. Each student can create a room reservation request through his/her account twice a week.

Facilities available in each small study room:

  • 1 white-board

  • 1 desktop computer

  • table

  • chairs

 

Seminar room – L202 can be reserved by Faculty and staff members only. There is not any time constraint for this group of users.

  • 1 smart-board

  • desktop computers

  • table

  • desk

  • chairs

 

Follow the instructions below to reserve a room in Library Building (L):

  • Note that reservation requests can be made by students no more than 24 hrs prior.

  • Go to ADA University online room reservation page

  • Use your Campus/MyADA credentials to log in

  • Choose the L building and the room you want to reserve

  • Choose the date

  • Double click on calendar

  • Consider at least 5-min gap between each reserved spot

  • Make sure to fill in the fields, such as, "Select event type". "Number of participants" (indicate "2" at least) and room number

  • Click Create/Update
