  • Library Account Access: Staff guide users on how to log in to their library accounts via the online portal to renew items, place holds, or view borrowing history.
  • Public Access Computers and Search Kiosks: Help is available for locating materials using the online catalog through dedicated search stations and kiosks.
  • Printing, Scanning, and Photocopying Services: Circulation staff may assist with using multifunctional devices for printing, scanning, and copying within the library.
  • Troubleshooting and Referrals: For technical issues beyond Circulation scope, staff refer users to IT service desk or relevant departments.
