Within the context of the continuous development of our country's library and information system, on December 02-04, 2024, the 18th IFLA Interlending and Document Supply Conference (ILDS) was organized with the joint collaboration of the ADA University, the Library and Information Services Department, and the Document Delivery and Resource Sharing (DDRS) Standing Committee of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA).
Held for the first time in the South Caucasus, the conference was dedicated to the theme "Global to Local: Diversity and Inclusiveness in Resource Sharing". It featured significant discussions on resource sharing in the digital and artificial intelligence era, addressing it through the lens of diversity and inclusion from a global to a local context. Various panel discussions, presentations, and interactive networking opportunities were organized with the participation of local and international academic and professional experts.
